|Pre-requisites||PMTH212 or PMTH212A and PMTH213 or PMTH213A or candidature in a postgraduate award in the School of Environmental and Rural Science or School of Science and Technology|

Topics include: first order equations; second order linear equations; series solutions; boundary value problems, and phase plane analysis. It is best if students do PMTH333 before this unit. Two lectures and a one-hour tutorial per week.
