Unit Description

This unit is firmly centred on understanding people in the workplace. It provides insight into elements of people and behaviour, communication, leadership, innovation and project management through the business development cycle. The unit will not follow a traditional lecture approach to learning, rather students will be expected to listen, learn, actively engage and share learning. Reflecting on how things are done (metacognition) will be as important as the outcome. The unit will deliberately challenge students' academic learnings - drawing on new notions such as fake news and contestable science that deliberately challenge traditional knowledge bases to engage students in adapting to future project management opportunities.

Important Information
